This class teaches on how to prepare and cook an authentic Nasi Dagang that will taste like it has been prepared by a local Terengganu. The best catch that you could learn in this class is the Gulai Ikan Tongkol where the right cooking technique is the key to obtain an exquisite Gulai taste.
Finally, after completing the cooking session, you will focus on how to plate the dish finely as seen in Malay Fine Dining Restaurants. As they always say, the food must look as good as it tastes.
