A soufflé is a classic French dish. It is a made with egg yolks and beaten egg whites combined with other ingredients. A soufflé can be served as a savoury main dish or a sweet dessert.

In this class, you will learn how to make soufflé as a dessert. Is it difficult? Not quite if you know the tips and techniques on how to make soufflé like a pro. Create 3 souffle with different flavours and textures, both hot and cold - Coffee Soufflé Pudding, Passionfruit Soufflé and Chilled Lemon Soufflé.

NOTE1: This baking class is for Adults only. Participants are NOT allowed to bring children to the class.

NOTE 2: Students are required to bring their At 19 Culinary Studio RED Apron. (This item is available for sale should students wish to purchase them).
