Rice is the staple food of everyone in Malaysia and around Asian region. Learn how to cook a variety of favourite rice dishes.
In this class, you will learn the correct technique to well cooked rice, using the right amount of water and cooking time. From the rice cooked, you will create 2 popular Asian rice dishes – Chinese fried rice and Pineapple fried rice. You will also learn how to cook fragrant coconut milk rice and the accompanying condiments to make Nasi Lemak - Malaysia’s iconic dish.
NOTE1: Adults attending this class are NOT allowed to bring children to the class.
NOTE2: Students are required to bring their At 19 Culinary Studio RED Apron. (This item is available for sale should students wish to purchase them).
