We love the simplicity of foods of the world that is traditional but uncomplicated. Join us to learn how to cook traditional yet simple Italian fare. What often tickles our mind when it comes to Italian food is spaghetti and pizza. Italian food is more than that which are not often taught in cooking classes.
Let’s start with the traditional Gnocchi - small dumplings made from potato, semolina or flour filled with mushrooms and served with a sauce. Simple yet delicious. Next, try out a slow braised beef brisket which is both juicy and flavourful. Finish off with a classic Italian tradition – Almond Polenta Cake.
NOTE1: This cooking class is for Adults only. Participants are NOT allowed to bring children to the class.
NOTE 2: Students are required to bring their At 19 Culinary Studio RED Apron. (This item is available for sale should students wish to purchase them).
