Chinese like to call their tea time treats “siew sek” (or small eats). Often served with Chinese tea or “tong sui” (sweet soup), these Chinese tea time treats are simply delicious.
Learn how to make a sweet peanut cream (“tong sui”), a savoury yam cake, mini rice pudding and a sweet pumpkin pancake.
NOTE 1: This cooking/baking class is for Adults only. Participants are NOT allowed to bring children to the class.
NOTE 2: Students are required to bring their At 19 Culinary Studio RED Apron. (This item is available for sale should students wish to purchase them).
