Nasi Lemak is a popular breakfast in Malaysia. In fact, it has been hailed as Malaysia’s national dish. Join us to learn how to make Nasi Lemak Utara which comes from the north of Malaysia – the state of Kedah.
The rice is cooked in fenugreek spice which gives it an aromatic fragrance instead of the usual pandan leaves. Nasi Lemak Utara is usually accompanied by Ayam Gulai and Sambal Tumis Udang. Not forgetting condiments such as anchovies, peanuts and egg. Absolutely yummy!
NOTE1: This baking class is for Adults only. Participants are NOT allowed to bring children to the class.
