A soufflé is a classic French dish. It is made with egg yolks and beaten egg whites combined with other ingredients. A soufflé can be served as a savoury main dish or a sweet dessert.

In this class, you will learn how to make soufflé as a dessert. Is it difficult? Not quite if you know the tips and techniques on how to make soufflé like a pro. Create 2 souffle with different flavours and textures, hot and cold - Passionfruit Soufflé and Chilled Lemon Soufflé.

Special requirement:
Young kids attending this class on their own must be at least 7 years old and above. For Parent & Child, children attending must be at least 4 years old, accompanied by an adult. Please bring your own children’s apron, if required.

NOTE1: Adults attending this class are NOT allowed to bring children to the class unless the child is a participant in the class.

NOTE 2: Adults are required to bring their At 19 Culinary Studio RED Apron. (This item is available for sale should students wish to purchase them).
