Most people rely on the all in one bread maker to prepare bread. But the end result isn’t always great. This bread master class consists of 2 parts - Plain White Bread and Flavoured Bread.
In this class, the technique is the most important step. Students will be taught how to prepare bread by using a sponge-dough method which is unlike the normal straight dough method that you often see in YouTube or other bread making classes.
You will learn the important 12 steps in bread making procedures. It may seem a lot but once you have learnt them in this class, you might just get addicted to making bread!
You will also learn the importance of mixing yeast at the right timing with the right ingredients and enjoy the great bread taste after kneading them with your own hands. Master the secrets of hand-kneading.
In this class, you will get extra knowledge on how to insert fillings in a dough and how to braid a dough for an attractive shape.
NOTE1: This cooking/baking class is for Adults only. Participants are NOT allowed to bring children to the class.
NOTE2: Students are required to bring their At 19 Culinary Studio RED Apron. (This item is available for sale should students wish to purchase them).
