This class is back by popular demand. Noodles play an important part of the chinese cuisine in any dialect. Just as there are many types of noodles, there are just as many ways of preparing and cooking them. Delicious meals can be created using noodles. Cook noodles for a change and discover how easy it is to whip up a delightful meal for the family.                      

The noodle dishes in this class is specially hand-picked as there are age old classics that are loved by everyone. Foodies who reminisced the good old Sang Meen, Mee Sua or Lor Mee should join this class to learn these classic noodle recipes.
