Chinese herbs have a long tradition of bringing good health. Savour fresh, light flavours to refresh your palate and body. Try this easy, herbal based menu for a light, healthy yet hearty meal. Dong guai, gingko nuts, wolfberries and chrysanthemum are Chinese herbs and condiments used in the preparation of nutritious meals.
NOTE 1: This cooking/baking class is for Adults only. Participants are NOT allowed to bring children to the class.
NOTE 2: Students are required to bring their At 19 Culinary Studio RED Apron. (This item is available for sale should students wish to purchase them).
