The course is flexible and contains 4 classes. You can choose to sign up for all 4 classes OR pick and choose the classes that you are keen on.
Each class is priced at RM190 per pax. If you sign up for all 4 classes, it is RM680 per pax @ RM170 per pax per class (you save RM80).
- Butter Chicken with Garlic Rice (Chicken cooked with curry leaves in a creamy coconut sauce served with rice cooked with garlic cloves)
- Turmeric fried Chicken with Blue Herb Rice (Chicken marinated in turmeric cooked in coconut milk gravy served with rice coloured in blue from butterfly pea flower)
This is a specially designed cookery course suitable for Expats who are new to Malaysia and simply loves Malaysian and/or Asian food. Malaysian adults who are interested in learning the recipes are welcomed too.
In each class, participants will learn to cook favourite Malaysian or Asian recipes and be able to re-create these dishes in their own home to surprise their family and loved ones.
You will learn how to balance local flavours and use the many herbs and spices to create a feast for your senses.
This class is about Chicken. Chicken is widely used to cook many Malaysian and Asian dishes. Join us to learn 2 favourite Malaysian chicken recipes. Your family and loved ones will be “clucking” for more.
NOTE 1: This cooking class is for Adults only. Participants are NOT allowed to bring children to the class.
NOTE 2: Students are required to bring their At 19 Culinary Studio RED Apron. (This item is available for sale should students wish to purchase them).
