Japanese food has always been hailed as “healthy food”. Using mostly raw ingredients and hardly any oil, Japanese sushi is one of the most popular food items in Malaysia.

Come and learn how to make sushi rice. Wrap them into delicious California rolls. Add on chicken teriyaki and tempura prawn to complete the meal. Yum!

NOTE1: This cooking class is for Adults only. Participants are NOT allowed to bring children to the class.

NOTE 2: Students are required to bring their At 19 Culinary Studio RED Apron. (This item is available for sale should students wish to purchase them).
