The course is flexible and contains 4 classes. You can choose to sign up for all 4 classes OR pick and choose the classes that you are keen on.
Each class is priced at RM190 per pax. If you sign up for all 4 classes, it is RM680 per pax @ RM170 per pax per class (you save RM80).
- Sago Pudding (Sago cooked in palm sugar and coconut milk)
- Onde Onde (Glutinous rice balls flavoured with pandan juice filled with palm sugar and coated with shredded coconut)
- Bubur Cha Cha (Sweet potato and yam cooked in coconut milk)
This is a specially designed cookery course suitable for Expats who are new to Malaysia and simply loves Malaysian and/or Asian food. Malaysian adults who are interested in learning the recipes are welcomed too.
In each class, participants will learn to cook favourite Malaysian or Asian recipes and be able to re-create these dishes in their own home to surprise their family and loved ones.
You will learn how to balance local flavours and use the many herbs and spices to create a feast for your senses.
This class is about Coconut Desserts. Coconut is a fruit commonly used in many Malaysian and Asian dishes and desserts. Join us to learn 3 much loved Malaysian deserts.
NOTE 1: This cooking class is for Adults only. Participants are NOT allowed to bring children to the class.
NOTE 2: Students are required to bring their At 19 Culinary Studio RED Apron. (This item is available for sale should students wish to purchase them).
