Drip Cakes are in the trend now! Join us to learn how to bake and decorate this stylish and trendy cake with new techniques including baking a red velvet cake and perfecting the buttercream for frosting.
Master Cake Artist, Rosalind Lok was the 2nd prize Overall winner and winner of the Most Elaborate Cake in Kuali’s Cake Decorating Challenge 2011. She was also featured in a baking and cake decorating book “Silicone Sensation” as the next upcoming cake decorator. She has also conducted many cake decorating workshops in the Klang Valley.
Classes are hands-on. No prior baking or decorating experience is required. Students get to take home a super moist red velvet Drip Cake. In this class, students will learn:-
- How to bake a simple and luscious red velvet cake and how to cut the cake into layers.
- How to frost a layered cake and achieve sharp edges evenly with buttercream.
- How to make mirror glaze that will shine when the drips are made on the cake.
- How to make Chocolate glaze and how to get the flawless drip effect on the cake.
NOTE1: This special class is for Adults only. Participants are NOT allowed to bring children to the class.
