In France, tarts are made in smaller sizes which are called “tartelettes“. Tarts are the most sold desserts in French pâtisseries after the éclair and the mille-feuille. There is a great range of tartelettes: strawberries, raspberries, apples but also lemon, caramel and chocolate.
In this class, seasoned and novice bakers alike will learn how to bake a rustic and elegant Tarte Tatin (French Apple Tart) and a classic Coconut Tart. Learn how to make the perfect tart shells with no soggy bottoms and yummy fillings.
Teenagers who are keen to learn or improve their baking skills are allowed to join this class. Teenagers attending this class must be at least 15 years old and above.
Participants have to be fully vaccinated and have a low risk no symptom profile displayed in the MySejahtera Covid-19 risk status.
NOTE1: Adults attending this class are NOT allowed to bring children to the class unless the child is a participant in the class.
NOTE2: Students are required to bring their At 19 Culinary Studio RED Apron. (This item is available for sale should students wish to purchase them).
