Lemons are used in cooking, baking and preserving. Lemons are available all year round and bring the right amount of sweetness and tart to baking. So, whether you are baking to manage stress or thinking up something sweet to celebrate an occasion, come join us as we celebrate the luscious lemon.
In this class, you will learn how to make lemon curd which is the ideal topping for all sorts of sweet treats from meringues to cupcakes. After making lemon curd from scratch, you will learn to bake 2 classic recipes that uses lemon curd – Lemon Curd Swiss roll and Scones.
Teenagers who are keen to learn or improve their baking skills are allowed to join this class. Teenagers attending this class must be at least 15 years old and above.
NOTE1: Adults attending this class are NOT allowed to bring children to the class.
NOTE2: Students are required to bring their At 19 Culinary Studio RED Apron. (This item is available for sale should students wish to purchase them).
