This cookery class is suitable for adults who are interested in learning how to cook Malaysian and/or Asian dishes. Participants will learn to cook favourite Malaysian or Asian recipes and be able to re-create these dishes in their own home to surprise their family and loved ones.
You will learn how to balance local flavours and use the many herbs and spices to create a feast for your senses.
Malaysia has a rich multi-cultural heritage of Malay, Chinese and Indian which is reflected in its cuisine. Malaysian food is strong, spicy and aromatic combining the rich tastes of the many herbs and spices found in South East Asia.
In this class, you will learn 2 popular Malay recipes – Kerabu Pucuk Paku and Ayam Percik…deliciously guaranteed to knock anyone’s socks off!
NOTE1: Adults attending this class are NOT allowed to bring children to the class.
