Char Siew is a popular barbecued roasted meat in Chinese Cantonese cuisine. Traditionally made with pork, we have changed the meat to chicken...as we are a pork free kitchen.
In this class, you will learn our secret recipe in making the best chicken char siew from scratch. You will also learn how to use the char siew to make a Chinese steam bun with char siew stuffing – Char Siew Mantau (or Pau).
