A soufflé is a classic French dish. It is made with egg yolks and beaten egg whites combined with other ingredients. A soufflé can be served as a savoury main dish or a sweet dessert.
In this class, you will learn how to make soufflé as a dessert. Is it difficult? Not quite if you know the tips and techniques on how to make soufflé like a pro. Create 2 souffle with different flavours and textures, hot and cold - Passionfruit Soufflé and Chilled Lemon Soufflé.
Teenagers who are keen to learn or improve their baking skills are allowed to join this class. Teenagers attending this class must be at least 15 years old and above.
Adult participants have to be fully vaccinated and have a low risk no symptom profile displayed in the MySejahtera Covid-19 risk status.
NOTE1: Adults attending this class are NOT allowed to bring children to the class.
NOTE2: Students are required to bring their At 19 Culinary Studio RED Apron. (This item is available for sale should students wish to purchase them).
