A profiterole, also known as choux à la crème in French is a pastry ball filled with whipped cream, more commonly known as cream puff. The puffs may be decorated or left plain or garnished with chocolate sauce or caramel or just a dusting of icing sugar.
Come and learn how to make the classic cream puff and chocolate éclairs topped with chocolate ganache. Absolutely delicious!
